Once an order has been placed and confirmed this shows you have read the terms and conditions fully and understood them and accept.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

All our kidswear clothing are MADE TO ORDER.

Our waiting list can be 30 working days. We do have outfits that can be posted anytime and this mark as ready made or ready to post or in stock or this can be seen at the description of the product ( can post immediately) 

Even if an item is marked in stock, it means it is available to order, we have to put a stock amount to allow you to order the item via our website.

Most of our outfits start from Tiny baby up to age 10 years.

All our kidswear are handmade with Love and Care.

RETURNS POLICY

We have no returns/no refunds policy on SALE items, this is stated clearly as STOCK CLEARANCE SALE.

We have no returns policy on all our items that are HANDCRAFTED/HANDMADE/HAND CUSTOMISED to order.

Once you received your order, please contact me immediately for any problems.

SHIPPING

Allow 3-4 weeks turn around to make the order. Once your order is posted, normally 2-3 days to received your order,  an update about your order will be provided.

We checked all orders thoroughly before packing.
